This week has been full of ups and downs, frustrations and spiritual highs.

We’ve been finding a lot of great people to teach and have taught some powerful lessons, the only problem is with a lot of them we can’t find a time to teach them again. That’s been the story of my time here in Molina. In Talca we’d teach all of our investigators every other day. We had a set schedule where we’d teach everyone at least three times a week. Here we’ll teach someone and they’ll love it and then tell us they don’t have time until the next week. AAAHHHH dumbness, so we’re seeing progression with these people but it’s just going slower than we’d like. Camilo for example, we’ve never set a for sure appointment with him (which a big no-no for us as missionaries, we like our lives scheduled haha) He tells us he doesn’t want to say a certain day and time and then not be there cuz he’d feel bad, but it’s all good cuz we pretty much know when he’s home so we’ve been able to teach him and his family quite a bit. Speaking of him, he’s attended church three times and his baptismal date is for next week. We’re going to pass by his family today and verify how he’s doing. He has a testimony, but says he wants to be really prepared to be baptized, which is fine. So we’re going to teach him all the commandments this week along with the importance of being obedient. He also brought his little brother Nicolas along with him. I think they both liked church a lot. His little sister Carolina really wanted to come to church, but her mom told her no, more dumbness. The reason is that Carolina was Adventist and now recently has decided to go to the Catholic Church and now we’ve come along and she really wants to be Mormon cuz we are the cooooolest. But her mom tells her that this isn’t a game and she can’t just keep switching religions blah blah blah, so we’re going to focus on Vicki in order to soften her heart and help this family all be baptized!!!! We also found a lady last week who I told you told us that she’d been praying for help in her life. Her name’s Katherine and we haven’t been able to teach her yet cuz her husband’s really won’t let us in the house when he’s there, buuuuut she attended church yesterday with her daughter YES!! A sister in our ward (coolest family here) invited her over today for family night, so we’ll be going over there at 8:30 to do that with them. This Sunday was way awesome. We hardly taught any lessons this week due to no one being home or having time, but we still had 6 people come. It was fast and testimony meeting, and was probably the most powerful one I’ve been in. The members gave great testimonies, even a few of them testifying and then inviting our investigators to pray to know the truth and be baptized! The spirit was so strong, and I gave my testimony and my heart was just full of love for the members, the investigators, the gospel, and Jesus Christ. It’s awesome being able to have ALL the truth and testify of it and just feel on fire while doing so, it’s such an adrenaline rush. I even love testifying to people who don’t want to listen and are just blinded by Satan and his churches. To know with such certainty that this is the ONLY true Church on the earth is a powerful knowledge. From reading the Bible, the Book of Mormon, Doctrine and covenants all together, it just blows me away at how blessed we are to be living in a time where so many prophecies have been completed, and are being completed. This is the work of the Lord and it’s AWESOME!!!! I love it. Basically what we’ll be doing this week is just trying to teach our investigators more frequently and find more chosen people to come and have joy in this gospel. I love all you guys and thank you for your emails and support. I don’t have time to write you Ash and Jar, but thank you so much for your emails haha they made me laugh and made me feel super loved. p.s. I look forward to seeing Shrek 4 and laughing with you. The kids look great, and are growing up too fast, but oh well that’s life. I hope the best for you all in everything, keep working, studying, and trusting in the Lord and this already blessed family will see more blessings, in all things.
