"The Call"

At 7:00 a.m. on that day never to be forgotten, in May of 2009, a lone figure heads to the post office to check incoming mail from Salt Lake City addressed to Elder Tanner Levi Christenson. That lone figure is the "Father" of the soon to be new missionary and YES there is a large white envelope with the future of his son for the next two years inside it.... We were so excited and hurried to wake Tanner up to tell him his call was here. He said he had just dreamed that he was getting called to serve in Japan (which was one of his fears), but that he was resigned to a call to Boise Idaho (his other fear). When he opened the call later that day and found out he was being called to serve in the Chile, Concepcion Mission he was thrilled to say the least!
